Standard limited warranties apply only to products purchased through authorized partners and used within designated regions.

All products have passed CE and RoHS certifications, including EMC and LVD standards. We ensure strict use of high-quality materials along with safe packaging and reliable delivery.

We offer a 3-year warranty on our products along with 2% spare parts free of charge based on your order quantity, ensuring long-term reliability and operational support.

Most issues can be resolved through photo or video guidance. If the problem cannot be solved remotely, we will provide the correct spare parts to ensure a quick and effective solution.
